Airbrush Artist, Body Paint Graphics, Fabrication (Certified Welder)

It was in 1979 I painted my first bike tank. It's been a long and interesting journey since then, where I have worked with some of the best custom painters there are and were. Some have left this world, and I keep their work alive with the techniques I learned from them. As a teenager, I attended Parson's School of Design in NYC. I am also an author and have written 6 books on custom painting and airbrushing. Many of my customers have a vision for their bike. An idea they want to bring to life or a statement they want to make. It means so much to me to be able to bring their vision to life.

My current rides are an '89 Sportster which has been raked and fitted with custom fabricated and custom painted sheetmetal and 2004 Crazy Horse Chopper (above). The sporty was painted in 1996 and I have been very hard on that paint as it is my road trip bike. The paint has over 40,000 hard road, rain soaked miles on it. No chips yet and it still shines like a mirror. The chopper is a hardtail gooseneck and each piece, even the frame, is covered with flames.

My bikes are the best testing ground I have to test the durability of my paint. From time to time I hear from customers with paintwork of mine that is over ten years old, they tell me, the paint still looks great. I now have a page up where you can see customer's bikes and their comments on getting their paint done by mail order. I ship painted sheetmetal all over the world, so just because someone might live in Australia or some other faraway place, does not mean you can't have Crazy Horse Paint on your bike. I take a great deal of pride in my artwork. After browsing through my pages, I think you'll see what I mean. Each paint job is priced individually depending on the style and amount of artwork done. You are not limited to the designs you see on these pages. Each job is individually designed with the motorcycle.
